Building a complete brand and website from zero digital presence for a physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic
HealEdge Holistic Healthcare had a real, incorporated business and a real founder — but no logo direction beyond a single submitted mark, no website, and no public brand presence at all. We built the full brand foundation and a 15-page live site from that single starting point.

The challenge
HealEdge Holistic Healthcare had real credentials behind it — a founder with genuine physiotherapy and osteopathy qualifications, an incorporated company, a submitted logo — but nothing built out from that. No website, no defined brand voice, no visual identity system, and a category (premium healthcare) where nearly every competitor defaults to generic wellness-spa language: reiki, crystal healing, soft-focus stock photography.
The brief was explicit from the first message: never fabricate a statistic, never claim a treatment outcome that couldn't be stood behind, never use marketing clichés like 'best' or 'number one.' For a healthcare brand specifically, that discipline isn't optional — overclaiming here isn't just bad marketing, it's a real credibility and safety risk.
The approach
We built the visual identity directly from the client's own submitted logo — extracting the actual navy, forest green, and gold already present in the mark, rather than proposing a disconnected palette. Every color choice was tested against real WCAG contrast math before shipping, not assumed safe.
Every fact placed on the site was independently verified before publishing — cross-checking the founder's credentials against India's public company registry, sourcing the real Google Business Profile rating and address rather than estimating them, and holding the line on real photography: when asked directly to source a founder photo from the internet, we declined, because presenting a stranger's face as a named, licensed healthcare provider is a trust violation no client request should override.
